Marie Flanders have been a Kitsap County Realtor since 1999.
Marie holds the Certified Residental Specialist (CRS) designation. This is the highest national designation one can receive in residential sales. Only 10% of the realtors hold this designation nationwide.
Marie also holds a GRI designation. The GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation was developed by the National Association of Realtors and requires many hours of education in real estate law, marketing and listing properties to better serve and protect clients.
Marie holds an Associate Brokers license for the state of Washington.
Marie also holds an the ASP (Accredited Staging Professional) designation to assist sellers in staging their homes to obtain the best possible sale price. Marie believes on-going education is a valuable asset in the Real Estate Industry and necessary to be able to provide the highest level of service.
