How does this work?
The way it works is quite simple. Real Estate Agents interested in having a property included in an upcoming Broker Tour need to add their property to the list. There are a limited number of Tour Slots available each week and the Broker Tour often fills up quickly.
Once registered, Agents have the ability to upload photos of their property, add descriptive text about the property features and list additional information such as "Catered Lunch" or "Snacks".
Tour properties are organized by MLS Area. The Tour route for the week is designed to be efficient. We take the shortest distance possible to make a circuit of homes. Additional Agent benefits can be found by following this link.
Real Estate Professionals (other than Agents) who are interested in hosting the Broker Tour, must be registered. Your Tour Week will be assigned in advance and you will be responsible for organizing the route, maintaining the information on the site for your week and communicating with anyone interested in your week's Broker Tour.
